“All you need is to take a big knife, and go down to the streets and slaughter every infidel you encounter,” ISIS fighters say in a new video urging Austrian and German supporters to carry out attacks at home if they cannot travel to Iraq and Syria.
The video, published by the official ISIS media wing in Homs, features two German-speaking ISIS militants known as Abu Amar al-Almani and Austrian jihadi Abu Usama al-Gharib, who has been held in Turkish and Austrian prisons. Al-Gharib, whose real name is Mohamed Mahmoud, has appeared in several ISIS propaganda videos.
Al-Amani called on those who could travel to Syria to do so, telling them to “hurry up before you miss the train.” The speakers also direct a message to German chancellor Angela Merkel, saying they will seek revenge for “cursing the Prophet and for spilling the blood of Muslims in Afghanistan.”

At the end of the video the men execute two captives in what appears to be the ancient Syrian city of Palmyra. The execution is set to a song by German rapper Deso Dogg, who joined the terror group last year.
720 Germans have joined ISIS in Iraq and Syria, the head of Germany’s domestic intelligence agency told Reuters, although fewer have gone in the past few months compared to last year.
