A man has been arrested on suspicion of probable cause of aggravated rape and felony child sexual abuse.
Alleged act was committed in a deserted yard of the apartment building in a small town of Pirkanmaa. The suspect has denied the act. The suspected act took place at the beginning of October, and came to the attention of the police at the beginning of December, the girl’s father’s contacted the police.
Of course under Islamic law, a ten year old girl is considered “ready” for these kinds of abuses in line with the pedophilia of Mohammed, the founder of Islam. That however can’t be discussed in Europe without hate crimes charges in many instances. And this leaves authorities ignorant and children vulnerable.
The judge ruled that Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff committed a crime by stating in her seminars about Islam that the Islamic prophet Mohammed was a pedophile (Sabaditsch-Wolff’s actual words were “Mohammed had a thing for little girls.”)
Pirkanmaa has had plenty of Muslim migrants dumped there with entirely predictable results. The Muslim settler population in Pirkanmaa continues to pose a serious challenge.
An Iraqi immigrant in Finland has been found guilty of committing a war crime after he posted pictures of himself posing with the head of an Isis fighter on Facebook.
Jebbar Salman Ammar, 29, was given an 18 month sentence by Pirkanmaa district court in southern Finland, AFP reported. The court found he had desecrated the body of the Isis fighter by posting three photographs of himself with the Daesh fighter’s decapitated head in the Iraqi city of Tikrit on the social networking site.
In some of the pictures on his Facebook account Ammar can be seen posing outside a Finnish refugee centre, while pictures posted earlier in 2015 show him with what appear to be a members of Shia militias who are battling Isis in Iraq. The pictures showing Ammar posing with the head of the Isis militant have been removed.
A Finnish court on Friday jailed 23-year-old twin brothers from Iraq for four months pending trial on suspicions they were Islamic State militants who fatally shot 11 unarmed soldiers in Iraq in June 2014.
Friday’s custody hearing was held behind closed doors at the Pirkanmaa District Court in Tampere.
This is what happens when a region is overwhelmed by a tide of Jihadists posing as refugees.

A teenage Afghan asylum seeker has been arrested in Germany for the rape and murder of the 19-year-old daughter of a senior EU official.
Medical student Maria Ladenburger, who volunteered at a refugee home in her spare time, was found dead in the university city of Freiburg, near the border with Switzerland in mid October.
Her father is Dr. Clemens Ladenburger, a lawyer who works as the right hand man to the legal director of the European Commission.
It is unclear whether she ever met her murderer before he took her life.
The suspect has confessed to the murder, according to police. He was arrested on Friday and will go before the courts next year.
Maria was drowned after being raped, her body found in the River Dreisam on October 16.
A single 18.5 cm long strand of dark hair that had been partially dyed blonde, was found in a blackberry bush.
Her black scarf was also found discovered on the riverbed.
DNA from the hair and the scarf were run through the police criminal database, but no matches were found.
Detectives then turned to CCTV footage in the town and the surrounding area where Maria was found.
After three weeks video footage was unearthed of the asylum seeker on a local tram who police say had a ‘very conspicuous hairstyle, an undercut hairstyle’, with a portion of his long hair dyed blonde.
He was arrested Friday and a DNA probe matched him to the crime scene. Public prosecutor Dieter Inhofer said the suspect had been taken in by a local family in Freiburg, where he had lived without incident.
David Müller, head of the police’s Special Commission, said at a press conference: ‘Through interviews and a web-based survey, we were able to reconstruct Maria’s final hours.
‘The 19-year-old student had been at a party. By 2.37am, she left the party. Maria then cycled home, as usual.
‘The young woman had been the victim of a sexual offence and a violent crime.’
On October 26 Mr Ladenburger and his wife Frederika placed a memorial notice for Maria in the Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper.
It read: “Maria was for 19 years a singular ray of sunshine for our family, and that she will remain.
“We thank God for this gift, that he made you with us. We are sure that she is safe with him.”
A funeral requiem was held for Maria on October in Notre Dame des Graces Church in Brussels.
On December 6 this year Maria would have been 20.
Police are now trying to establish if he may also be responsible for the death of another girl in the area.
Carolin G., 27, was raped and murdered at the beginning of November while jogging in Endinge, just 18 miles away from Freiburg.
There was no DNA evidence at that crime scene for detectives to work with.
The news comes ahead of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s CDU conservative party conference in which she sets out her claim to a fourth term in office next year, against a rising tide of anger at her open-door refugee policy.
Crime among unaccompanied male refugee has in general been on the rise of late.
In picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen the mayor recently wrote to Bavarian state authorities pleading for help in dealing with them at a hostel, while a nationwide alcohol ban has been imposed at all their accommodation centres.
Mrs Merkel will attempt to bolster support for her stance on refugees this week, but still refuses to say what a final limit might be.

A Pakistani Christian family was tied up and beaten by a group of Muslims who stormed their home last month looking to force the family to convert to Islam. But when the family refused to renounce their faith, their youngest daughter was abducted, raped and has yet to return home.
The London-based charity British Pakistani Christian Association has come to the aid of the Masih family, a family of 10 Christians caught in the grips of bonded labor (modern day slavery) near the city of Kasur in Eastern Pakistan.
According to BPCA, the family lived in a small home made of mud and had been constantly pressured by local Muslims to convert to Islam, as they were the only family in the neighborhood who hadn’t embraced Islam.
On the night of Sept. 15, a group of six Muslim men and a Muslim woman stormed the family’s home with guns, sticks and metal rods and severely beat members of the Christian family.
The group of intruders hoped that the family’s pain and suffering would cause them to reconsider their prior refusals to convert to Islam. Despite the pain, the family again refused to deny Christ and convert to Islam.
After the family refused to convert, the Muslims grew enraged and tied up and blindfolded all but two of the family members.
As the family consists of six daughters and two sons, the Muslims dragged the family’s 17-year-old daughter, Jameela, and 20-year-old son, Arif, and threw them into the back of a van parked outside of the home.
Arif, who was eventually able to escape out an open door while no one was looking, told BPCA that he and Jameela were taken to an unknown building in an unknown location that he later figured out was a mansion of some sort.
Arif explained that when they arrived at the mansion, they were both tortured separately. Despite the torture, Arif again refused to convert to Islam. While he could hear the screams of his sister, one of the captors told Arif that other Muslim men were taking turns raping his sister and that all he had to do to save his her was embrace Islam. However, he again refused to renounce Christ.
As the sun rose the next morning, Arif took advantage of an opportunity to escape when his blindfold slipped and he noticed that the door was left open with no one around monitoring him.
It took hours for Arif to return home, as he had to walk most of the way before he caught a ride on a rickshaw.
Having been taken so far from home, Arif is not able to recall the location of the mansion that he and his sister were taken too. He also believes that his sister was taken to another location because he did not hear her screams before he escaped the mansion.
The family is now living in a safehouse sponsored by BPCA in Pakistan. That is the same safehouse that another Christian family trapped in bonded labor stayed at while BPCA worked to secure their emancipation.
“This family is deeply traumatized but safe now. We will now begin the arduous task of helping them rebuild their lives in an atmosphere of safety,” BPCA Chairman Wilson Chowdhry said in a statement. “However, the captured daughter Jameela may well never be found and her malicious kidnapping is causing great anguish and despair. [For] Muslim despots [to be able to] kidnap Christian girls with such impunity is a blight on Pakistan’s international reputation.”
According to a 2014 report by the NGO Movement of Solidarity and Peace, as many as 700 Christian girls in Pakistan are kidnapped and forced into Islamic marriages every year. Many times, the police fail to take action and claim that the child left home and entered into Islamic marriage of her own will.
After the attack and kidnapping, the Masih family first went to their Muslim landlord, who not only told them to talk to the police but ordered them to go back to work the day after. The family attempted to file charges with the police. However, local police in Kasur refused to register the family’s case.
The police department was even pressured by Pakistani Sen. Kamran Michael to register the police report, however, Deputy Superintendent Abdul Qayoom Gondal refuses to register the case.
BPCA has hired a lawyer to take on the Masih’s case. According to BPCA, the lawyer was able to reach an agreement for the police to do a preliminary investigation. Thanks to corroborating witness statements, it is likely that a First Information Report will eventually be filed.
According to an application for a FIR, the perpetrators involved in the beating and kidnapping are Ghulam Muhamad, Ilyas Muhamed, Irfan Muhamad, M. Boota, M. Ashraf, M. Haroon and Umraan Bibi, all of whom are relatives.
BPCA reports that the assault on the Christian family occurred after the mother, 50-year-old Mumtaz Masih, was recently harassed by Muslim women in the neighborhood who were again looking to convert her and her family to Islam.
Irritated by the fact that her family kept getting harassed, Mumtaz and the women got into a heated exchange in which Mumtaz allegedly insulted the Muslim women, which could have triggered the violent attacks.
BPCA has launched a petition calling on the Pakistani government to end “the mass abduction, rape and forced marriage of Christians and other minority women, through tougher laws and stronger policing protocol.”
Additionally, BPCA is accepting online donations to aid persecuted Christians like the Masih family.

Despite condemning homosexuality as a sin, Islamic State militants in Afghanistan regularly rape gay men as punishment, according to a former member of the terrorist organization.
Kamandar Bakhtiar was a former member of Islamic State-Khorasan (IS-K), the terrorist group’s Afghanistan branch located in the hills of Afghanistan’s eastern Nangarhar province. He recounted the atrocities he witnessed in a video interview.
“During the three months I spent in the ranks of ISIS, I saw the worst things one can imagine on the face of the Earth,” Bakhtiar told the United Arab Emirates’ Alaan TV on Sept. 7. “They kill and behead innocent people, plunder the property of regular people, and they do the worst possible things, such as raping homosexuals.”

ISIS is known to issue proclamations declaring the death penalty for anyone who is caught engaging in sodomy, which makes the raping of homosexuals particularly strange. The terrorist organization often lumps in homosexuals with drug dealers and pedophiles.
“Allah says that they are the worst of creatures,” said an ISIS member in a 2014 video.
Executions of those accused of homosexuality are common in the so-called caliphate’s primary territory in Syria and Iraq. In one example, ISIS executed nine men and a 15-year-old boy for allegedly engaging in gay sex. More often, gays are thrown off the tops of buildings, a common theme practiced by radical Islamic organizations across the Middle East.
Outrage is growing in Germany over the mild punishment handed down to an Afghan refugee who raped a migrant toddler in the asylum home where they both lived
by, Allan Hall | The Express – UK | h/t Glen Roberts @ Trop
Jama B., 22, showed no remorse as he was sentenced to just two years and four months behind bars on the milder charge of sexual abuse of the four-year-old boy at the centre in Boostedt, Schleswig-Holstein.
The toddler, from Iraq, was lured into a toilet cubicle at the home in March this year. The court heard the Afghani forced his penis into the child’s mouth.
Afterwards the distraught youngster was returned to his father with his trousers down around his ankles.
During the trial Jama B. boasted: “I’m a superstar in Afghanistan, a singer.”
He claimed no-one could prove what was alleged, admitted he drank alcohol before the crime but showed no remorse whatsoever during the proceedings on Thursday last week at the court in Kiel.
A second man, Sohrab S., 29, was alleged to have stood guard outside the toilet during the boy’s ordeal but he was acquitted for lack of evidence.
“The incredible verdict of the prosecutor and the court,” stormed the popular Bild am Sonntag newspaper.
“This is the verdict that shames you all.”
Child protection groups demanded to know why Jama B. was not charged with rape.
Prosecutor Axel Bieler said: “Rape charges are brought only if it was enforced with violence or the threat of violence. We do not assume this was the case.
“Therefore he was indicted on a charge of serious sexual abuse. The penalty doesn’t matter – it is between two and 15 years in jail for rape or for serious sexual abuse.”
Karin Witt, a spokeswoman of the Kiel court Karin Witt, said: “The court found no reasons for an increased penalty, such as for example a criminal record for the accused.
“The fact that he was under the influence of alcohol and the high sensitivity towards detention of the offender were both factors in the sentence.
“He is young, knows no German and has already been attacked in pre-trial detention. The victim has also dealt well with the experience of what happened to him and there are no serious consequences to be expected.”
Judge Stefan Becker refused to comment on the verdict but Peter Boysen, the lawyer who represented the family of the child, said: “it was a one-off act that did not take very long and hopefully will not have harmful long-term effects on the child.
“Therefore there is no reason to complain, even if the sentence could have been maybe half a year longer. I have not therefore advised the parents to appeal against the verdict. He’s better again, the boy, but is still in therapeutic treatment of a child and adolescent psychiatrist.
“The family is glad to be out of the home. Today they live in another home in northern Germany.”
In Germany no verdict is final for around a month after the verdict – a time period in which prosecutors and defence can appeal any court decision. It is unclear whether the prosecution will demand a higher penalty.
But what is certain is that Jama B. will not receive any asylum hearing and will be deported to his homeland after his prison term is served.
Child sex abuse in asylum centres, along with the rape and molestation of women, has been on the increase in Germany over recent months.
Critics have said more needs to be done to protect women and children in the centres where they are housed.
..And then, they rape the children regardless
Threats are being used to coerce child soldiers to join the terror group
Youngsters are filmed being raped, and told footage will be released if they flee
Claims come from a source in Deir ez-Zor in Syria
An ISIS group has also been linked with sex trafficking, which children being sold for $10,000

ISIS terrorists are using child rape to force young soldiers to join their ranks, it has been claimed.
Child soldiers are threatened with sexual assault to coerce them to join, sources have told the FNA News Agency.
But when they do join up, young soldiers are filmed being raped, and told that the footage will be released if they flee the battlefield.
A source in Deir ez-Zor in Syria told the agency: ‘The children who are sent to the warfronts are then again raped by adult terrorists in order to prevent them from fleeing the battlefields.’
The UN found in 2014 that more than 25,000 women and children had been taken captive in the region.
These captives are sexually abused and sold into sex slavery, with Tunisian newspaper Al-Chourouk claiming each child is sold for $10,000.
